Job summary
Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Commissioning Program Manager to lead our National Mission Critical team in Milwaukee.
You will coordinate commissioning across multiple projects for a single client, establishing standards and guiding field teams to ensure systems are planned, installed, tested, and documented to meet performance and safety requirements. The role demands a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, 10+ years in commercial construction with 5+ years in data center
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, building systems, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in commercial construction with 5+ years in data center commissioning.
- Strong understanding of building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls, life safety).
- Experience leading commissioning activities on complex or large-scale projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead commissioning program across multiple projects for a single client.
- Develop and maintain commissioning standards and best practices.
- Oversee project delivery strategies and KPI reporting.
- Mentor and manage commissioning team (up to 8 direct reports).
- Coordinate with owners, design teams, contractors, and vendors to drive successful commissioning.
