Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, building systems, or related field.
• 10+ years experience in commercial construction, MEP systems, or related tech field including 5+ years in data center commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and performance-manage a team of commissioning professionals.
• Develop and implement commissioning standards, procedures, and KPI metrics.
• Coordinate with owners, design teams, contractors, and vendors to drive successful handover.
• Provide on-site support to troubleshoot issues and ensure commissioning execution meets performance and safety goals.
