Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Commissioning Program Manager to lead the commissioning program across multiple construction projects for a single client.

You will establish commissioning standards, oversee project execution, and support field teams to ensure systems are planned, installed, tested, and documented to meet performance, quality, and safety requirements. You will connect with owners, design teams, and subcontractors to drive successful handover of high-performing facilities,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, building systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, MEP systems, or related field including 5+ years of data center commissioning; multi-project experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls, life safety).
• Proven experience leading commissioning activities on complex or large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Program Leadership & Strategy: Develop and maintain commissioning procedures, standards, and best practices.
• Team Leadership & Guidance: Lead and mentor commissioning professionals; provide training to field teams.
• Project Coordination & Support: Review design docs to ensure performance requirements and design intent alignment.
• Field Oversight & Execution: Ensure field inspections, testing, and documentation support commissioning program.
• Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing: Capture lessons learned and develop training materials.
