- Lead and coordinate the commissioning program across multiple construction projects for a single client.
- Develop and maintain commissioning procedures, standards, and best practices.
- Manage project delivery strategies and staffing for commissioning across sites.
- Provide guidance to field teams on sequencing, durations, and expectations.
- Monitor KPI metrics and drive continuous improvement across projects.
