The Jonus Group is seeking a Sr. Claims Specialist - Multi-Line Adjuster to manage a diverse caseload across General Liability, Property Damage, Bodily Injury, and Commercial Auto claims.

This senior role handles litigation and requires strong coverage knowledge and proactive resolution, with a fully remote work arrangement and potential travel. The position supports a specialty insurer serving complex industries; collaboration, integrity, and excellence are valued.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in coverage review, endorsements and DISCLAIMERS.
• Experience with claims investigation incl. statements and records.
• Experience in claims administration and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with claims settlement and preparation of legal documents.
• Contract analysis and interpretation knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze policy terms, exclusions, and endorsements to resolve coverage and liability issues.
• Prepare reservation of rights letters, non-waiver agreements, and coverage DISCLAIMERS.
• Review and evaluate claim reserves for exposure.
• Investigate claims: obtain statements, records and evidentiary materials.
• Document and report investigation and claims handling activities.
• Negotiate and resolve claims with claimants, insureds and counsel, including mediation/arbitration.
• Coordinate with defense counsel, independent adjusters, and third-party vendors.
