Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Superintendent for our Denver, CO multi-family wood-frame projects. You will lead garden-style and ground-up builds, manage daily field operations, and maintain safety and schedule adherence on site.

We require at least 5 years as a superintendent or similar role, strong leadership, and ability to read blueprints. Competitive salary up to $160K DOE with benefits and opportunities for growth in a fast-moving team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as a Superintendent or similar role in construction.
• Proven ability to manage garden style, ground-up, wood frame projects.
• Knowledge of construction procedures, OSHA guidelines, and regulations.
• Strong leadership and management skills to lead diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Hands-on approach to work with proactive problem solving.
• Proficiency reading blueprints and construction documents.
• Knowledge of building processes, safety procedures and regulations.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience with project scheduling and cost monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all construction activities on wood frame multi-family projects.
• Develop and maintain the project schedule with the team.
• Build and manage relationships with team members, subs, clients.
• Ensure site safety by implementing protocols and guidelines.
• Conduct inspections to meet schedule and quality standards.
• Resolve day-to-day field issues and conflicts promptly.
• Prepare and submit daily reports and required documentation.
• Coordinate site testing and inspection efforts.
• Monitor labor time and material costs.
