Job summary

Jobot is seeking a skilled Superintendent ready to take ownership of challenging Multifamily Projects and guide teams to success. You will oversee field operations, ensure work aligns with plans, manage budgets and schedules, and uphold rigorous safety and quality standards across projects in the Rocky Mountain region.

You will collaborate with clients and project managers, hire and supervise subcontractors, and drive risk management to keep projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Field Superintendent or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Proven experience in contract management, subcontractor management, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all field operations to ensure work is carried out per project plans and specifications.
• Collaborating with clients and project managers to understand objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Hiring and managing subcontractors and ensuring their work meets project specs.
• Overseeing contract management, including negotiation, compliance, and dispute resolution.
• Implementing risk management protocols to identify and mitigate project risks.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget with rigorous quality control.
• Developing and managing project schedules for timely completion.
• Implementing and enforcing safety management protocols for a safe workplace.
• Leading and motivating the project team to foster collaboration and excellence.
• Managing project materials and resources for optimal utilization and minimal waste.
