Job summary

Path Construction Southwest seeks a qualified Superintendent with multifamily construction experience to join our Denver, CO area team. Responsibilities include leading subcontractors and overseeing all phases from planning to completion for commercial projects, with a strong focus on safety and quality control.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of construction management, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of building and construction management experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple subcontractors.
• Proven knowledge of general construction techniques and on-site problem solving.
• Ability to lead safety programs and enforce site safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage subcontractors across projects.
• Oversee all phases from planning to completion for public works or private commercial work.
• Administer Safety Program and Site Safety responsibilities.
• Represent Customer Service and QC program on site.
