Job summary

Summit Construction Group in Denver, CO seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead field coordination, scheduling, budgets, and quality on multifamily LIHTC projects. Travel to sites is required and you will liaise with property management and subcontractors to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires 3–5 years of PM experience in construction, strong document control, and a proactive, resident-focused approach. DOE salary with bonus program and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a construction project manager for multi-family units. LIHTC experience preferred but not necessary.
• Experience in coordinating budgets, schedules, and documentation for construction projects.
• Strong document control including submittals, RFI, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project from start to award, including budgets and schedules.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders on task completion and site selections.
• Document control: submittals, RFIs, budgets, and change orders.
• Review drawings and budgets with jobsite superintendent.
• Monitor cost projections and assist with cost forecasting.
