Job summary

Summit Construction Advisors is seeking a Project Manager to lead large-scale multifamily and commercial mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will oversee schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction while coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, and owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial mechanical construction.
• Multifamily project experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of project financial management and scheduling.
• Excellent communication and client relations skills.
• Experience coordinating with field operations and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead multifamily and commercial mechanical construction projects from kickoff to completion.
• Develop schedules, manpower plans, and execution strategies with field/ops teams.
• Monitor budgets, forecasting, billing, and cost tracking.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, equipment procurement, and materials deliveries.
• Conduct preconstruction planning meetings and drive accountability on actions.
