McShane Construction Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple multi-family projects and serve as a trusted partner to clients. You will lead planning, execution, and control efforts, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence while mentoring PM staff across projects.

The role emphasizes leadership, problem-solving, and clear communication, with the goal of delivering high-quality results in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in construction management.
• Proficiency in construction management software (CMiC, Bluebeam, Smart PM, Salus, PlanGrid) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in MS Project/ Primavera P6

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Lead the project team in executing project plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and milestones.
• Implement effective project controls to track project performance, identify potential issues, and proactively implement corrective measures.
