Job summary

McShane Construction Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple industrial projects, serving as a trusted partner to clients. You will oversee project controls, risk management, scheduling, cost control, and safety compliance while mentoring and training staff across projects.

Requirements include a 10+ year background in construction management and a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 10+ years' experience in construction management.
• Proficiency in managing project controls and understanding construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Lead the project team in executing project plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
• Implement effective project controls to track performance, identify issues, and implement corrective measures.
• Maintain primary client/contact relationships and provide regular updates on status, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead and mentor project staff and ensure training and development opportunities.
