Job summary

McShane Construction Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple industrial projects, acting as a trusted partner to clients and stakeholders.

You will oversee project planning, controls, cost management, and team development, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery across projects. Minimum 10+ years in construction management and proficiency with CMiC, PlanGrid, and MS Project are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 10+ years' experience in construction management.
• Proficiency in project controls, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in CMiC, Bluebeam, SmartPM, Salus, PlanGrid, MS Project/ Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans with schedules, budgets, resources and risk management.
• Lead the project team and monitor progress to meet timelines and milestones.
• Implement project controls to track performance and mitigate issues.
• Manage contracts, change orders, and cost reporting; ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
