Phoenix Stamping Group, LLC is seeking an experienced metal forming specialist to set up and operate multi-die progressive headers, translating blueprints into precise tooling setups. You will monitor quality across 10-hour shifts, perform routine maintenance, record data, and ensure safe, efficient production.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in progressive header setups, tooling modification skills, and strong blueprint literacy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years verifiable experience setting up and operating multi-die progressive headers.
• Ability to design/modify tooling to achieve product outcomes.
• Blueprint literacy; able to follow written instructions.

Responsabilités

• Interpret travelers and drawings to determine setup and tooling.
• Set up and run multi-die progressive heading equipment to drawing specs.
• Troubleshoot out-of-spec conditions and adjust processes.
• Own output targets and hit production goals.
• Complete production documentation including downtime, scrap, and yield calculations.
• Perform tooling maintenance and ensure equipment is in peak condition.
