Job summary

Brightpath Associates LLC is seeking an experienced Tool & Die Maker with hands-on Progressive Die expertise to contribute to tooling setup, troubleshooting, production quality, and continuous manufacturing improvement.

You will set up, maintain, and troubleshoot progressive dies, read blueprints, and support tooling builds while meeting cost and production schedules; you will apply SPC and Lean practices to improve processes while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Tool & Die Making experience.
• Strong experience with Progressive Dies / Progressive Tooling.
• Experience in metal stamping, tooling setup, troubleshooting, and production.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of SPC, ISO quality standards, and Lean Manufacturing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
