Job summary

Phoenix Stamping Group is seeking a Tooling Fabrication & Die Maintenance Specialist on first shift (6:30AM–3:00PM) in Fort Worth, TX. You will diagnose die issues, repair tooling, and run shop equipment to keep stamping operations efficient.

Responsibilities include designing fixtures and tooling for new products, maintaining safety standards, and collaborating with the Tool & Die Supervisor. Three years machining experience and a technical diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years verifiable machinist experience and/or technical diploma.
• Ability to read drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Basic maintenance capability for shop equipment; safety-focused.
• CNC programming/operation knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose die issues via inspection and measurement to plan repairs.
• Carry out die repairs to restore tooling performance and part quality.
• Set up and operate milling machines, lathes, drill presses, grinders.
• Design and manufacture tools/fixtures for new product launches.
• Follow safety procedures and supervisor directions.
