Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in Industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, problem-solving and repairs on Mechanical and Electrical Equipment.
• Expert Proficiency in Hydraulics, Mechanics, Electrical, PLC, Welding and Rigging; Perdue Farms QEW Certification.
• Commitment to Continuous Learning to achieve increasing levels of expertise.

Responsibilities

• Performs extraordinarily complex technical tasks and decision-making.
• Must demonstrate/achieve Maintenance Tech III expert proficiency within 10 months of hire.
• Demonstrates strong knowledge around PLC troubleshooting and interaction with PLC Hardware.
• Trouble shoots, maintains, and repairs complex machinery including AC/DC/Servo Motor Control Systems.
• Collaborates with production associates and other technicians to solve problems with reliability and urgency.
