Perdue Foods is seeking a Multi Craft Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift to keep our plant operations running safely and efficiently. You will work across departments, apply problem-solving skills, and promote a proactive maintenance culture with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex machinery, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with production teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Hydraulics, mechanics, electrical, PLC, welding and rigging expertise expected.
• QEW certification or equivalent maintenance training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs complex machinery across the plant.
• Demonstrates expert proficiency within 10 months of hire in maintenance tasks.
• Collaborates with production and other technicians to solve problems with urgency and reliability.
• Performs root cause analysis on malfunctions and implements corrective actions.
• Maintains accurate work records and prepares reports.
