You will work across departments, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical systems, and apply problem‑solving skills to real‑time challenges while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in hydraulics, mechanics, electrical, PLC, welding and rigging with Perdue Farms QEW Certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs extraordinarily complex technical tasks and decision-making.
• Must be able to demonstrate/achieve and maintain Maintenance Tech III expert proficiency within 10 months of hire.
• Must also demonstrate a strong knowledge around PLC troubleshooting and interaction with PLC hardware.
• Trouble shoots, maintains, and repairs complex machinery including AC/DC/Servo Motor Control Systems.
• Collaborates with production associates and other technicians to solve problems with reliability and urgency.
• Maintains work records and prepares clear and concise oral and written reports.
