Medidata Solutions, Inc. seeks a Staff Cloud Platform Engineer to own and operate a multi-cloud ecosystem, spanning AWS, GCP, and Azure. You will design secure landing zones, manage IAM/RBAC, and drive cost-optimization and governance across platforms.

You will lead Kubernetes deployments, automate infrastructure with IaC tools, and implement robust security and monitoring practices while mentoring engineering teams in cloud-native best practices.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, SRE, or DevOps, with deep proficiency in AWS and/or GCP.
• Expert-level experience administering Linux and Windows Server.
• Proven track record of running production-grade Kubernetes workloads at scale with Helm.

Mansioni

• Design secure, multi-account structures and landing zones across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Manage multi-cloud IAM, SSO, and RBAC for least-privilege access.
• Enforce tagging, hierarchies, and cost-optimization strategies for fiscal accountability.
• Lead deployment, scaling and management of Kubernetes clusters (EKS, GKE, or self-managed).
• Develop modular templates with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
• Build deployment pipelines with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Flux, or ArgoCD for GitOps.
