Qualifications

• 3–5 years of paid media planning or digital strategy experience.
• Experience with cross‑channel media campaigns across search, social, and programmatic.
• Strong full‑funnel media strategy, audience planning, and measurement skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams on complex accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance data to guide cross‑channel budget allocation.
• Develop and execute integrated full‑funnel media strategies.
• Lead planning across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic channels.
• Collaborate with activation, creative, and analytics teams for execution.
• Provide strategic recommendations on media mix, audiences, and KPIs.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
