Beam Organics is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own paid search, affiliate, newsletter, and podcast advertising. You will partner with our growth team to scale multi-channel campaigns from Boston or New York, with a hybrid schedule 3 days in-office.

You will be measured on ROAS and CAC, manage external agencies, build cross-channel reporting, and push for creative tests and CRO to accelerate customer acquisition while maintaining profitability.

Qualificações

• 3–6+ years of growth or performance marketing experience in DTC/e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience managing paid search/Google Ads with ROAS/CAC focus.
• Experience owning affiliate, email/newsletter, or podcast advertising.
• Comfortable holding agencies and partners accountable for deliverables and KPIs.
• Analytical with ability to build performance reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid search performance and agency management, optimizing campaigns against ROAS and CAC goals.
• Lead the DTC affiliate program, growing partnerships that drive incremental revenue and new customers.
• Own newsletter marketing strategy, increasing share of new customers and revenue attributed to this channel.
• Lead podcast advertising efforts in partnership with Performance Marketing Lead or external agency.
• Build cross-channel performance reporting and surface insights informing growth strategy.
• Test and scale tactics like copy, landing pages, and CRO for acquisition channels.
