Job summary

Beam Organics is seeking an data-driven Amazon Ads & Retail Media Manager to own and scale our Amazon advertising, Instacart, and other retail media accounts. You will manage campaigns, optimize spend for profitable growth, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize both paid and organic results.

The role emphasizes hands-on PPC execution, performance analysis, and full-funnel strategy to grow market share and improve keyword rank across channels.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years managing Amazon PPC campaigns with a proven ROAS/CAC/TACoS track record.
• Hands-on experience with retail media platforms like Instacart, Criteo, Roundel or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable optimizations.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day execution of Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) and other retail media channels.
• Monitor ROAS, TACoS, CAC and related metrics; translate insights into actionable budget reallocations.
