The Portfolio Investment Analyst will work closely with portfolio managers and traders to model and manage accounts, providing ad-hoc analysis to support the investment process. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in fixed income/equity analytics, with strong interpersonal and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, economics, math.
• 4+ years of work experience.
• Thorough knowledge in fixed income/equity analytics and ability to apply concepts to portfolio problems.
• Working knowledge of portfolio management process is a significant advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work within teams.
• Highly self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Ability to manage complex tasks and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Modeling: Partner with portfolio management on day-to-day modeling of the strategy through exposure monitoring, trade allocations and cash flow management.
• Work with internal systems designed for portfolio management and trade modeling.
• Coordinate with analysts, portfolio managers, traders, compliance and legal on portfolio and security transactions.
• Monitor portfolio analytics and generate and run accurate orders through the trade cycle.
• Determine accurate interest rate and currency hedging information, and other related daily portfolio functions.
