Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5+ years of total relevant work experience.
• CFA designation or progress toward CFA level 1 preferred.
• Preference for an investment generalist with cross-asset comfort.
• Experience with Morningstar Direct and building financial models.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with lead analysts and relationship managers to understand client needs.
• Performs analyses to support guidance on portfolio construction and investment solutions.
• Provides consultation, performance reviews, and analytical services to internal audiences, articulating fund strengths.
• Escalates highly complex questions and issues as needed.
• Gathers information to inform decision-making and client advice.
• Identifies strengths/weaknesses of tools and methodologies for improvements.
• Develops analyses and frameworks and stays abreast of market developments.
