Job summary

T. Rowe Price in Maryland is seeking a Lead Portfolio Investment Analyst to model, replicate, and implement portfolio managers' investment ideas across related funds and client portfolios while ensuring adherence to client guidelines and projected cash flow requirements.

You will work closely with equity and multi-asset portfolio managers and traders, serving as a senior technical expert and team leader to drive process improvements and talent development in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant investment experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledge of investments, portfolio construction, stock trading, derivatives and multi-asset classes.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee investment activities across complex portfolios and interpret investment guidelines.
• Escalate portfolio modeling issues and partner with PMs, traders and partners to improve processes.
• Measure strategy performance and ensure seamless implementation with global trading partners.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on portfolio modeling for investment, client service and operations.
• Lead projects to enhance research, development, collaboration and expansion of modeling capabilities.
• Provide mentorship and influence change across teams and recruiting/talent initiatives.
