Job summary

Integris is seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to manage and support desktop, server, networking, and cloud infrastructure while upholding security best practices.

You will be the first escalation point beyond the Systems Technician level, assisting clients across multiple environments and mentoring junior staff. The role emphasizes strong customer service, documentation, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field preferred.
• At least one intermediate certification such as Network+/Security+/AZ-900/AZ-104/CCNA/AI-103 preferred.
• 3-5 years of infrastructure and end-user support experience in MSP or multi-client environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve tickets per SLA with focus on minimal client disruption.
• Serve as escalation resource for Systems Technician team and provide mentoring.
• Administer servers, workstations, networks, virtualization, and cloud environments; ensure security best practices.
