Job summary

Randstad Enterprise is seeking a Solutions Delivery Consultant to partner with client delivery teams across MSP, RPO, and SOW programs. You will drive strategic solutions, manage projects, and deliver data-driven improvements that boost efficiency and profitability.

The role emphasizes client-focused leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strong analytics capabilities to support SLA attainment and executive-facing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field highly preferred.
• Six Sigma, PHR, SPHR, PMI, or similar certifications preferred.
• 5–7 years of combined business, recruiting, and operational experience, including 5 years of people management.
• Superior consulting, leadership, management, and mentoring skills with strong people development.
• Customer focus with experience presenting to C-level executives.
• Experience managing large, complex accounts or projects and documenting requirements.
• Exceptionally detail-oriented with focus on quality and process improvements.
• Proficient using Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic solutions and growth for client programs and support design/implementation of additional services.
• Manage solution-wide projects, reporting, and compliance education; extend projects beyond portfolio where needed.
• Lead client delivery optimization initiatives, identify process improvements, and promote best practices.
• Keep policies, practices, and training programs up to date.
