GDC IT Solutions in Chambersburg, PA is seeking a Senior IT Support Technician to deliver advanced technical support, systems administration, and escalation management for a diverse client base. You will mentor junior technicians and provide exceptional service across on-site and remote client environments.

The role focuses on Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory/Azure Entra ID, Azure Virtual Desktop, and security controls within a fast-paced MSP setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support, systems administration, or managed services.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows desktops and servers.
• Knowledge of networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, switches, wireless.
• Experience with ticketing and service management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for desktops, laptops, servers, mobile devices, and network equipment.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required.
• Serve as Tier III escalation resource for complex issues.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies in Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Support and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop and cloud/hybrid environments.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, MS 365 apps, networking gear, VPNs, VoIP, printers.
