Job summary

Datum Consulting, a Milwaukee-based MSP, seeks a Senior Level 3 Technician to own complex technical escalations across cloud, networking, security, and on-premise systems for multiple clients.

You will resolve advanced issues, guide infrastructure improvements, and contribute to project planning, scoping, and solution design—delivering reliable, secure environments and standout client service from a hands-on senior technical role in a local on-site team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on technical experience in MSP or multi-client environment.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues in Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra, Intune, AD, and networking.
• Strong cybersecurity knowledge and compliance basics.

Responsibilities

• Own advanced technical issues and serve as escalation point beyond Level 2 for cloud, server, and networking incidents.
• Diagnose and remediate issues in Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra, Intune, and on-prem AD.
• Drive infrastructure improvements for stability, performance, and security.
• Participate in project planning for migrations, upgrades, and security-hardening.
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation and strong communication within the team.
