Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines seeks a Senior Medical Science Liaison – Rheumatology to be based in a multi-territory field role across the Northeast U.S. You will engage key thought leaders and healthcare teams, translating complex evidence into practical discussions that drive medical impact.

The Senior MSL collaborates with internal partners, maintains scientific neutrality, and delivers tailored education while advancing strategic medical priorities with data-driven insights.

Qualificações

• Doctorate level degree or equivalent required; post-graduate experience preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant MSL experience; strong therapeutic expertise.
• Must travel up to 70% within defined territory.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a scientific engagement plan aligned with Medical Affairs strategy.
• Engage in high quality two-way scientific exchange with KOLs and HCPs.
• Cultivate relationships with community and academic HCPs/KOLs to enhance scientific credibility.
• Use insights and MSL tools to strategize customer engagements and identify gaps.
• Leverage AI tools to improve decision making, processes, and outcomes.
• Identify HCP educational needs and address them with evidence-based information.
• Deliver tailored scientific data through clear dialogue and presentations.
• Generate and share actionable insights to inform medical strategy.
• Provide support to investigators and internal partners for studies.
