The Senior MSL is the field-based scientific and clinical expert who provides objective, non-promotional information and education to healthcare professionals and internal partners to inform medical engagement and territory strategy.

Qualifications

• The Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is the field based scientific and clinical expert on current and future Johnson & Johnson Innovative products.
• Serves as a strategic scientific partner integrating data to inform medical engagement and territory strategy.
• Stays abreast of current scientific trends and supports investigator‑initiated studies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a scientific engagement plan for the territory.
• Engage in high quality two‑way scientific exchange with KOLs and HCPs.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with community and academic HCPs/KOLs.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance decision making and efficiency.
• Deliver scientific data tailored to HCP needs through clear dialogue and presentation.
