Lundbeck is seeking an experienced Senior Medical Science Liaison (Sr MSL) focused on Rare Epilepsies to lead scientific engagement and generate insights for NeuroRare strategy. You will partner with external experts and internal teams to shape education, evidence planning, and portfolio decisions.

The role requires deep scientific credibility, pre-launch experience, and the ability to operate in a matrixed environment while traveling up to 50–75% domestically.

Formación

• Accredited advanced degree in a health or life sciences field.
• 5+ years healthcare or related experience.
• 2+ years customer-facing Field Medical Affairs experience.
• Experience supporting pre-launch assets and KOL mapping.
• Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights.
• Strong oral and written communication; influence skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Establish long-term scientific partnerships with KOLs and investigators in rare epilepsies.
• Generate pre-launch field medical insights to inform strategy and education.
• Synthesize insights for evidence planning and portfolio decisions.
• Document insights in CRM accurately and compliant.
• Collaborate with Medical Directors and cross-functional teams.
• Support IITs, grants, and investigator-initiated studies.
• Mentor junior MSLs and contribute to field medical initiatives.
• Travel up to 50-75% domestically.
