Job summary

Lundbeck is seeking a Principal Medical Science Liaison for Rare Epilepsies. This field-based role focuses on strategic scientific engagement with external experts and internal stakeholders to drive evidence strategy and launch readiness.

The candidate will operate autonomously, shaping external credibility and disease education. The role requires advanced life sciences training, 7+ years in healthcare, and 5+ years in field medical affairs.

Qualifications

7+ years of healthcare or related experience (industry, clinical practice, research, academic, or managed markets).
5+ years of customer-facing Field Medical Affairs experience within pharma/biotech.
Experience supporting pre-launch assets and KOL identification.
Strong communication and cross-functional influence skills.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain deep scientific partnerships with KOLs and centers of excellence.
Generate pre-launch insights to inform evidence strategy and education.
Synthesize insights for publication planning and disease education.
Ensure compliant documentation of insights in CRM systems.
Partner with Medical Affairs leadership to refine narratives and data gaps.
