Job summary

Amgen in Camden, NJ seeks a Senior Medical Science Liaison focused on Obesity and Related Conditions. This field-based role partners with OLs, PHDMs, and healthcare providers to share scientific data and support patient outcomes.

You will engage investigators, IDNs, and clinical sites, align with MSL leadership, and contribute to Amgen's medical strategy while mentoring others and maintaining compliance in daily activities.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years Medical Affairs experience.
• Or Master's degree and 6 years Medical Affairs experience.
• Or Bachelor's degree and 8 years Medical Affairs experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary scientific/clinical resource to OLs, PHDMs and other healthcare providers.
• Execute Amgen Medical function and product strategy as led by MSL Leadership.
• Engage with investigators, IDNs and institutions to communicate clinical data and outcomes.
• Lead and participate in congress activities and speaker training as aligned with strategy.
• Provide and mentor other MSLs and complete administrative responsibilities (CRM, expense reports, compliance modules).
• Provide insights to internal stakeholders to inform Amgen strategies.
