Job summary

AstraZeneca seeks a Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to lead medical strategy for Cell Therapy and multiple myeloma in the New England territory, collaborating with hematology leaders, investigators, and HCPs to advance patient care.

We require an advanced scientific degree and 5+ years in hematology/oncology with field medical experience, plus 40–60% travel. You will partner across Medical Affairs, Commercial and R&D and support congress activities as a trusted scientific advisor.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree in a health science or clinical discipline.
• 5+ years in hematology/oncology with at least 2 years in field medical or equivalent engagement role, preferably in cell therapy and/or multiple myeloma.
• Ability to travel 40-60% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scientific relationships with hematology/cell therapy thought leaders, investigators and HCPs in New England.
• Engage in scientific exchanges with multidisciplinary teams including hematologists/oncologists and cell therapy staff.
• Respond to unsolicited requests for scientific information per policy and educate providers on disease state, CAR-T, and manufacturing processes.
