Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. in California seeks an MSAD Systems Engineer V (Team Manager) to lead a propulsion modeling and algorithm design team, delivering high-fidelity models and simulations for space programs.

You will report to the Director of Engineering in the Controllable Solid Propulsion department, work in a hybrid/remote arrangement based in Folsom, CA (or other listed sites), and coordinate with GNC, software, systems, and test teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace, mechanical, electrical, or related engineering.
• At least 10 years of modeling, simulation, and algorithm design experience.
• Experience in systems engineering, modeling, simulation, or control disciplines.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience leading small technical teams and mentoring.
• Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-fidelity propulsion and guidance models and algorithms.
• Design system simulation architectures to support design iteration and validation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integration and reviews.
• Mentor engineers and lead technical trade studies.
• Produce documentation ensuring traceability and configuration control.
• Lead a team as MSAD Systems Engineer V.
