Job summary

Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking a Senior MS Dynamics Functional Manager to shape and scale our Finance and Supply Chain systems across the ERP landscape. You will work hands-on with R2R, O2C, and P2P processes, aligning business needs with robust ERP configurations.

Based in Europe with flexible remote work, you will collaborate with global teams, document future-state processes, perform functional testing, and support go-live readiness while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Experience in ERP systems with strong functional expertise in R2R, O2C, or P2P.
Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into ERP configurations.
Experience documenting business processes and functional designs.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements across Finance and Supply Chain (R2R, O2C, P2P).
Design scalable and maintainable ERP solutions aligned with business goals.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and configuration inputs.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and ERP best practices.
Document future-state processes to support solution design and maintainability.
Perform functional testing and support go-live readiness (training, docs, validation).
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in business processes and system usage.
