Job summary

Axis Communications in Lund is seeking an ERP Finance Project Lead to drive the finance side of a major ERP transformation from IFS to Microsoft Dynamics. You’ll own the Finance perspective and ensure accounting requirements are captured across the system, focusing on the Swedish entities.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, document decisions, and support international rollout through 2030, with opportunities to extend to additional subsidiaries and optimize financial workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and strong finance acumen.
• Approximately 5 years of relevant ERP project experience.
• Solid understanding of Swedish GAAP (K3) and IFRS.
• Professional proficiency in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Own the Finance perspective in the ERP implementation and ensure accounting requirements are met.
• Focus on Swedish legal entities and align financial setup.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with project teams and stakeholders.
• Document progress, decisions, and expectations for contributions.
• Support international rollout and harmonization of Swedish setup.
