Emma – The Sleep Company seeks a Lead ERP Finance Solution Architect to shape the financial backbone of our ERP landscape. You will own end-to-end designs for finance processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM/BC, while leading a team of Functional Managers delivering day-to-day operations across markets.

You will partner with Product, Engineering and Finance to drive scalable, compliant solutions, mentor engineers, and continuously improve the platform.

Qualificações

• Deep D365 Finance expertise with senior architect/consultant background.
• Experience in FSCM/BC implementations across markets and industries.
• Led Functional Managers or senior consultants and built high-performing teams.
• End-to-end understanding of R2R, P2P, O2C mapped to D365 Finance functionality.
• Clear communicator capable of writing design documents.
• Experience delivering in Agile enterprise environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end solution design for finance in MS Dynamics 365 FSCM/BC.
• Translate business needs into practical designs with Business Consultants.
• Direct the configuration of ERP finance modules and coordinate developers and partners.
• Set up governance across configurations, environments, testing, and release management.
• Lead and grow the Functional Managers team with coaching and feedback.
• Keep Emma’s ERP platforms future-ready and shape long-term roadmap with Product and Engineering.
