Job summary

Peraton is seeking an Expert Modeling, Simulation & Analysis Engineer to lead advanced MS&A efforts supporting NGA and GEOINT. You will evaluate complex systems, architectures, and data to inform mission decisions and optimize performance.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in Operations Research, System-of-Systems analysis, and cloud environments, with the ability to translate analytical results into actionable recommendations for government stakeholders and mission partners.

Qualifications

18+ years of experience in modeling, simulation, analysis, and/or Operations Research in large, complex System-of-Systems or Service-Oriented Architecture environments.
Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in cloud, on-premises, or hybrid infrastructures.
Experience developing and using modeling, simulation, and analytical tools in cloud environments.
NGA and/or NSG/ASG program experience.
IC or DoD program experience.
TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain SCI and polygraph.

Responsibilities

Lead MS&A efforts for complex System-of-Systems and Service-Oriented Architectures.
Develop models, simulations, tools, and algorithms for large-scale data analysis.
Analyze results and provide actionable recommendations to government stakeholders.
Provide technical leadership to Senior-, Mid-, and Junior-level MS&A engineers.
Evaluate architectures and performance to support mission decisions.
