Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Senior Modeling, Simulation & Analysis (MS&A) Engineer to support NGA mission goals by developing and applying advanced modeling, simulation, and analytical capabilities across complex enterprise environments. You will evaluate architectures, analyze performance, and develop data-driven recommendations for mission-critical decisions.

Qualifications

BS in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, MIS, Mathematics, or related STEM field; additional years may substitute.
12+ years of experience supporting government or industry programs in complex System of Systems or SOA environments.
Experience performing modeling, simulation, and analysis in cloud, on-premises, or hybrid environments.
Knowledge of developing and utilizing tools within cloud environments.
TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain SCI adjudication and pass a polygraph.

Responsibilities

Develop and guide models, simulations, tools, and algorithms to identify trends across large-scale datasets.
Model NGA architectures, system requirements, and performance; align solutions with NSG strategies for GEOINT.
Lead analysis of alternatives, performance assessments, and design trade studies to evaluate new technologies and capabilities.
Provide analytical insight that supports mission planning, system modernization, and enterprise decision-making.
