Job summary

Peraton seeks a Senior Modeling, Simulation & Analysis (MS&A) Engineer to support NGA missions by developing and applying advanced modeling, simulation, and analytical capabilities across complex environments. You will evaluate architectures, analyze performance, and develop data-driven recommendations for critical decisions.

You will collaborate with engineers, analysts, stakeholders, and warfighters, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or related STEM discipline.
• 12+ years of experience supporting government or industry programs involving large, complex System of Systems or Service-Oriented Architecture environments.
• Experience performing modeling, simulation, and analysis within cloud, on-premises, or hybrid infrastructures.
• Knowledge of developing and utilizing tools within cloud environments.
• TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain SCI adjudication and pass a polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and development of models, simulations, and analyses to support NGA missions and decision-making.
• Mentor and guide mid- and junior-level Modeling, Simulation & Analysis Engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet operational and business objectives.
