Job summary

Peraton seeks an Expert Modeling, Simulation & Analysis (MS&A) Engineer to lead advanced MS&A efforts for NGA and GEOINT mission support. The role emphasizes operations research, system-of-systems analysis, and cloud-based modeling to drive mission decisions and future capabilities.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in MS&A across cloud environments and the ability to translate complex results into actionable recommendations for government stakeholders and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Math, or related STEM field.
• 18+ years of experience in modeling, simulation, analysis, and/or OR in System-of-Systems or SOA environments.
• Experience in cloud, on-premises, or hybrid infrastructures; tools for MS&A in cloud environments.
• Previous NGA/NSG/ASG and IC/DoD program experience; TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead modeling, simulation, and analysis of complex System-of-Systems and SOA.
• Develop and apply models, simulations, tools, and algorithms for large-scale data.
• Conduct analyses of alternatives, performance trades, and capability assessments.
• Evaluate architectures, requirements, and performance to inform decisions.
• Analyze MS&A results and advise deployment across NSG architectures and cloud environments.
