Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Senior Modeling, Simulation & Analysis (MS&A) Engineer to support NGA's GEOINT mission. You will develop advanced modeling, simulation, and analytical capabilities across complex enterprise environments, evaluating architectures, performance, and providing data-driven recommendations for mission-critical decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline; four additional years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
• 12+ years of experience in large System of Systems or SOA environments.
• Experience modeling, simulation, and analysis in cloud/on-premises/hybrid environments.
• TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain adjudication and pass a polygraph.
• Preferred: Master's degree in STEM discipline.
• Experience with MBSE processes, tools, and languages.
• Experience applying ML techniques to modeling and analytics.
• Experience using cloud-based technologies for modeling, simulation, and analysis.
• Experience with structured and unstructured Big Data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply advanced modeling, simulation, and analytical capabilities for NGA programs.
• Evaluate system architectures, analyze performance, and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Lead analyses of alternatives, performance assessments, and design trade studies.
• Provide deployment recommendations within NSG architectures and cloud environments.
• Mentor Mid- and Junior-level Modeling, Simulation & Analysis Engineers.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, stakeholders, and warfighters to meet objectives.
