Job summary

University of Miami is seeking an MRI Technologist – Level III to perform complex MRI procedures and oversee imaging operations under radiologist supervision. The role requires independent judgment and the ability to develop new protocols and research initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Radiologic Technology/Diagnostic Imaging Program.
• Certified in CPR and BLS; ARRT registered in primary modality.
• State radiography license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and patient flow for interdepartmental MRI procedures.
• Supervise and perform diagnostic imaging under radiologist direction.
• Assist with new MRI protocols and research initiatives.
• Monitor MRI procedure charging and supplies daily.
• Provide patient education and ensure orders match exam type.
