Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; graduate of accredited Radiologic Technology/Diagnostic Imaging Program.
• ARRT registered with primary modality; Florida General Radiographer license preferred.
• CPR and BLS certification required.
• Five years of relevant experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and patient flow for interdepartmental procedures.
• Supervise and perform MRI imaging under radiologist supervision.
• Assist radiologists in developing new MRI protocols and techniques.
• Participate in research initiatives and development of research protocols.
• Monitor charging of MRI procedures and supplies daily.
• Provide education and training to student technologists.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper aseptic technique.
