Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in health, life science, or related field plus five years of advanced imaging experience.
ARRT certification in MR and/or CT with good standing.
Strong computer/networking skills and experience with image-viewing software.

Responsibilities

Conduct advanced diagnostic imaging with MRI, CT, PET-CT for clinical care, teaching and research.
Coordinate imaging operations by scheduling studies and aligning workflows across the VHS.
Perform advanced image analysis and post-processing using specialized software.
Maintain PACS, RIS, imaging databases, archives, and study documentation.
Develop and implement imaging protocols to optimize animal imaging outcomes.
Ensure QA, safety and regulatory compliance for imaging facilities.
Oversee equipment maintenance, vendor relations, and resource management.
Provide training and act as liaison with internal and external partners.
