Job summary

Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform standard clinical and advanced research MRI. You will assist patients, position them in the scanner, and collect imaging data per standard protocols, with and without MR contrast agents.

The role requires 5+ years of MRI imaging experience, ARRT or ARMRIT certification, and experience with pediatric imaging and Siemens platforms. Excellent communication in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
• Experience with operation of MR scanner and peripheral instrumentation (e.g., contrast injector, GFR measurement, etc.)
• At least 5 years’ experience as an MRI Technologist performing clinical diagnostic imaging
• Certified and Registered in Magnetic Resonance Imaging from either ARRT or ARMRIT.

Responsibilities

• The MRI Technologist will perform standard clinical and advanced research magnetic resonance imaging.
• These responsibilities include patient assistance and positioning in the scanner, and collection of imaging data according to standard protocols both with and without MR contrast agents.
