Sira Consulting, an Inc 5000 company, seeks an experienced Senior MRB Engineer with deep MRB expertise in Commercial Airplanes to support aircraft production and drive efficient non-conformance resolution.

Candidates should have a strong track record in evaluating non-conforming materials, developing repair strategies, and preparing MRB packages for approval, with a focus on composite aircraft structures and safety compliance.

Formación

• 10+ years of Commercial Airplanes engineering experience.
• Experience supporting aircraft production environments.
• Ability to independently develop and document MRB dispositions.
• Experience authoring complete MRB packages for Senior MRB review.
• Strong background in resolving production non-conformances on aircraft structures.
• Expertise with composite materials and repairs.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure all dispositions maintain aircraft safety and structural integrity.
• Develop compliant repair solutions supporting production objectives.
• Produce complete, accurate MRB packages for approval.
• Support production operations with timely engineering dispositions.
• Serve as technical resource to Manufacturing and Quality teams.
• Identify root causes and support corrective actions.
• Balance technical requirements with schedule and production demands.
• Maintain engineering documentation per requirements.
